'The Garnet Story' is a collection of curated thoughts, perspectives, honest reviews and a catalogue of wellness experiments and experiences my daughter and I have talked about over the years and this blog is our joint commitment to share our learnings with each other and our community across the world; a small close knit group of friends, family and well wishers who've made space for us, encouraged us and championed us!

My daughter and I are almost 30 years apart in age; me in early 60's and she in her mid-30s. Our wellness needs and interests are so different and yet we've found there is still so much to learn from one another.

Our roots are in India and this has laid the foundation for our core beliefs in holistic, natural and local wellness practices rooted in ancient sciences like Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine.  

We currently live in the US; me in the midwest and she in New York City and our journey across the world has also led us on a journey to better understand global wellness opinions, the cutting edge research and advancements in the space and developing a middle of the road catalogue of views and tried and tested products and practices.

With this space, we hope to share our journey and dialogue with you to help you curate your own wellness routine with ease, customized to your needs and beliefs and with information to guide you along the way.
